Role Description
As Program Lead – Education , you will anchor the research, design, and refinement of our pedagogical engine. You'll work at the intersection of learning science , framework design , and 21st-century skills , helping us translate bold ideas into scalable, school-friendly experiences.
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes meaningful education reform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the research and design of curiosity-based learning frameworks and AI-readiness skill assessments.
Collaborate to enhance design , trait mapping , and child-friendly evaluation tools.
Develop and enhance the student feedback system (personalized reports, growth suggestions, career archetypes).
Work closely with product, operations, and school partners to pilot and refine learning experiences.
Stay ahead of global trends in education innovation , pedagogy , and AI in learning.
Qualifications
Have experience or interest in education, pedagogy, curriculum design, or assessment.
Are familiar with inquiry-based, experiential, or progressive education models (NEP 2020 is a must!).
Are excited by the idea of measuring and nurturing things like curiosity, ethical sensitivity, creativity.
Have worked in or collaborated with schools, educators, or learning-focused nonprofits.
Can think both big-picture and hands-on (write a report rubric one day, brainstorm a story-led prompt the next).
Believe education should be joyful, rigorous, and future-facing.
Bonus Skills
Background in developmental psychology, child cognition, or educational research.
Experience with Olympiads, national student programs, or edtech.
Strong writing or storytelling skills.
