Digi Gro is hiring a Head of Primary Wing for ARCA Global Indian International School, Uppal, Hyderabad

Reports To:

Principal / Academic Director

Overview: ARCA GIIS, a pioneer in early childhood and primary education, is seeking a passionate and visionary Head of the Primary Wing to lead academic and holistic development for Pre-Primary to 5th Grade. The ideal candidate is an inspiring educator with a strong background in curriculum development, team leadership, and child-centric pedagogy aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic leadership for the Primary Wing, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and student wellbeing.
Oversee the planning and implementation of a progressive, inquiry-based curriculum that nurtures curiosity and creativity.
Mentor and manage primary teaching staff through goal-setting, reviews, and professional development initiatives.
Collaborate with coordinators and the leadership team to track student progress and implement effective remedial or enrichment programs.
Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication, events, and parent-engagement forums.
Ensure a joyful, inclusive, and safe environment that supports the social and emotional development of every child.
Stay updated on educational trends and bring innovation into classroom practices and co-curricular integration.
Lead academic audits, inspection readiness, and adherence to school standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed or equivalent).
Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of primary pedagogy, including experiential and integrated learning methods.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to foster a collaborative, motivated, and growth-oriented team culture.

Experience with international curriculum frameworks (preferred but not mandatory).
