Senior Account Development Manager

Job Summary

Liaising with customers and operations ensures timely updates and planning of delivery schedules. Information from customers is received, and delivery routes are planned accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure delivery of goods on time as per defined SLAs with the warehouse and consignee.
• Supervise and coordinate the receipt, unloading, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Prepare monthly and annual budgets for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate business reviews with customers and superiors.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, execute roll-out plans for new, large, and local major accounts.
• Manage contract renewals and updates.
• Support sales teams for business development during presentations and closing processes for new accounts.
• Manage overall customer relationships, dealing with top management (Logistics, dispatch, sales, finance, promoters).
• Coordinate interactions with regional and local offices of customers.
• Facilitate information flow between major accounts and the company.
• Establish and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews for each assigned strategic account.
• Responsible for strategic plans for key clients, including analyzing profit/loss and evaluating competition of major client accounts.
• Monitor customer service issues; ensure client questions/problems are quickly and completely resolved.
• Maintain a thorough, up-to-date record of major client and prospect databases.
