CORPORATE ACCOUNTS MANAGER - GOVERNMENT SECTOR

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing government accounts in the Eastern and North East territories. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain current business relationships, ensure financial targets are met, and drive year-over-year growth in the designated territory.
• Manage government accounts within the Eastern & North East territory, covering West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand and Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura.
• Promote and sell products across multiple sales channels, including direct sales to end-consumers or organizations, resellers, distributors/dealers.
• Drive year-over-year growth in the designated territory.
• S Support the implementation and evaluation of our strategy for IOLs, equipment & related accessories & consumables in government accounts.
• Manage and work in OR/OT to support customers and promote our products.
• Manage pre- and post-sale product demonstrations in OR/OT.
• Manage complex sales cycles aligned with the procurement process outlined by the Purchasing arm of the Government Supplies.
• Maintain a robust tender tracking mechanism and create opportunities and daily field visit reports on SFDC tools.
• Keep an up-to-date list of current and upcoming government tenders in the respective territory.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, evaluating, and identifying untapped government accounts to increase market share.
• Work closely with HOD/Surgeon/KOL, purchase/account departments, and decision-makers.
• E Establish effective relationships and collaborations with cross-functional verticals – Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
• Ensure AR/OD is maintained at the desired level and constant follow-up is taken to close non-payment issues.
• Ensure Company compliance policy is understood and implemented.
• Work closely with channel partners/dealers and provide timely support, evaluate dealer business yearly.Requirements
• Bachelors in Science/Engineering stream and Masters in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in the medical equipment industry with at least 3-4 years of working exposure in the Government Sector.
