Full job description
The Student Transactions Team is the custodian of content relating to current and future student admissions, assessments, student records, fees and scholarships. Any changes to processes impacting information are managed by the team and are in accordance with University rules and legislation. The team is responsible for answering all related Tier 3 enquiries including developing communications content and gaining the appropriate approvals and keeping all student information up-to-date and informing other teams across the University as required. The team maintains relationships with Schools and Service Centres to ensure information is provided accurately, promptly and efficiently.

The role is responsible for assessing domestic admission applications, processing applications for credit and recognition of prior learning, data entry, international related admission tasks, contributing towards process improvements and handling complex email and phone enquiries.

Key Criteria

The successful candidate will have:
Experience working in a busy, high volume transactional administrative workplace
Ability to thrive in a fast-changing work environment with competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to analyse and solve problems under pressure
A sound level of communication and interpersonal skills, whilst working efficiently and autonomously

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence, and Courage.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time or part time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $74,435 to $7+,27+ plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
