Facilitator / Teacher

Overall:

- _Inspire, support_, _and handhold 1 KGBV school, about 10 teachers to strengthen leadership and managerial practice across the four pillars of school leadership_
- _Develop spoken English of students of grades 6 through 8 as per Program Design in a Gujarati medium school in Gujarat_
- _Conduct baseline and close line of students and School Leaders and document the same as per the process_
- _Document change stories on monthly basis_
- _Be a role model for change in terms of personal being of Model Integrity_
- _Attend weekly trainings, workshops, meetings_
• Teaching Students
- _Teaching spoken English to Grade 6 to 8 in partner schools_
- _Learning platform activities - use of LMS system for flipped and extended learning_
- _Doing assessment and reviews through pre-test and post-test_
- _Conducting special days and events, whenever applicable in sync_
• Training & Development
- _Contribute with ideas to improve teaching methodologies._
- _Participate in the regular training program organized for the team._
- _Upgrade own skills and methodologies by self-learning_
- _Assist school authorities in the school development plan for the upcoming academic calendar_
- _Formulate strategies to deal with efficient learning outcomes at the school level_
- _Should be actively involved in the SMC/ SDMCs present in school and work towards the implementation of SDP_
• Hours of work: _08:00 AM to 4:00 PM or +:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM_
• Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
• Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
