THE OPPORTUNITY


An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to work within our sales teams in Napier. As a motivated Customer Service Sales professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, your primary focus will be to build customer relationships over the phone, online and face to face.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone
Utilise your selling skills to provide solutions to customers
Collaborate and support team members, other business areas and projects as required
Commitment to continual growth, learning and training
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
Proven ability to provide customer service solutions to meet customer’s needs
Experience gained within the building or hardware sectors preferred
Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced service centre environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
