About Us:
Peppermill Café is a busy and vibrant daytime café located in the heart of Porirua. We pride ourselves on great food, excellent coffee, and friendly service. We’re now on the lookout for a motivated and hardworking Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks
Ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitised
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
Disposing of rubbish, sweeping, and mopping floors
Unpacking and organising stock deliveries
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Good time management and the ability to work under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn
Available for weekday and weekend shifts
