RN House Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to oversee hospital operations during night shifts. The RN House Supervisor will act as the clinical resource and administrative leader during off-hours, ensuring optimal patient care and smooth coordination across departments.

Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $50–$55 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise hospital operations during the night shift.
Provide leadership and support to clinical staff and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Respond to emergencies and make critical decisions in the absence of senior leadership.
Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and bed assignments.
Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administration.
Manage staffing levels and reassign resources based on census and acuity.
Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Arizona (or compact license).
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience; 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
BLS and ACLS certification (required).
Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
