Part-Time Position – Medical Aesthetician / Front Desk / Key Holder / Content Creator

15–25 hours per week to start
Reports to: Spa Owner & Assistant Spa Manager

Position Overview:
This is a unique hybrid opportunity designed for a well-rounded beauty industry professional who thrives in both treatment rooms and digital spaces. The ideal candidate will be a licensed medical aesthetician who can also support front desk operations, open/close the clinic as a key holder, and contribute to our social media content creation and online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Aesthetician Duties:
Perform facial and advanced skin treatments (e.g., hydrafacials, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, dermaplaning, microneedling, LED therapy)
Conduct consultations and recommend customized skincare programs
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and client-ready treatment space
Support all clients with compassion and professionalism
Front Desk & Key Holder Duties:
Welcome clients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure smooth daily flow
Handle POS transactions, client bookings, and rescheduling
Manage opening and closing duties as a responsible key holder
Assist with product restocking and inventory tracking
Social Media & Content Creation:
Capture and create photo and video content during treatments and throughout the day
Collaborate with our marketing team to plan & research content ideas and trends
Be comfortable speaking on camera for reels and stories (training available)
Help maintain the visual consistency of the Trust Beauty Bar brand online
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Medical Aesthetician in Ontario (required)
At least 2 year of experience in an aesthetic clinic, spa, or related setting
Strong customer service, sales and communication skills
Organized, punctual, and self-motivated
Comfortable using iPhone for photography/video, and familiar with platforms like Instagram and TikTok
Experience with front desk software (e.g., JaneApp, Vagaro, or similar) is an asset
Strong interest in social media, beauty branding, and client education

Compensation:
Starting at: $18.50 - $1+ per hour (based on experience)
Commission or bonuses available for service and product sales based on quotas reached per month.
