About Spark Studios:

Spark Studios (Formerly Royal Dance Conservatory) is a vibrant and growing dance studio in Garden City, Winnipeg, dedicated to inspiring dancers of all ages. We foster a positive and energetic environment where creativity and teamwork thrive.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for Spark Studios, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our clients. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, both in person and via phone and email. This includes answering inquiries, providing information about classes and programs, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally, and always communicating using our brand's voice and style.
Studio Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as processing registrations, managing payments, and maintaining client records.
Account Management: Update client accounts, payment details, and other relevant data.
Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data in our studio systems.
Sales & Promotion: Promote studio programs and events to clients.
Assist with other studio-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

Excellent communication skills – you're comfortable chatting with clients, creating clear emails, and answering phone calls.
Strong problem-solving skills – you're able to think on your feet and find solutions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you're able to keep things running smoothly.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively – you can handle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
Tech-savvy – you're proficient with Google Workspace and excited to learn new softwares.
Preferred Assets (Not Required):

Experience with a CRM (e.g. GoHighLevel, DanceStudioPro, etc.)
Experience with Asana or a similar project management platform
Background in Dance or Theatre
