Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gelato Scooper (Ice cream scooper) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scooping delicious ice cream and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer service skills, and a keen attention to detail. If you love ice cream and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Scooping Gelato in high volume environment
Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to maintain quality and safety.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering questions about menu items.
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling practices.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sanitizing equipment and surfaces regularly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.
Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of any shortages.
Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
Customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Familiarity with cash handling processes and experience using POS systems is an advantage.
Excellent time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety practices.
