Front of House and Line Baker

Midnight Cookie is a late-night cookie shop in Midtown, and downtown Toronto. We prepare made-to-order cookies from the early afternoon to 2 AM six nights a week. Currently, we are expanding our team, looking for quick learners who are willing to take on a variety of roles from prep work, front of house, cookie cutting and baking.

Position Entails

Interacting with customers, taking orders and being an ambassador for the midnight cookie brand
Cutting dough and assembling cookies with a variety of toppings
Baking cookies and managing multiple orders in the oven
Preparing ingredients and assisting in dough making
Availability to work late nights (2 AM on weekdays and 3 AM on weekends)
Cleaning and preforming other basic miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements

Fluent in English (additional languages are considered an asset)
Food Handler's License
At least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen or bakery
Ability to handle high volumes of orders and maintain consistent, high quality results
Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills
Ability to remain calm during high intensity situations
Ability to stand for a long periods of time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
