The Customer and Operations Assistant plays a key role in the business by:
Providing exceptional customer service - responding to enquiries across multiple platforms i.e. phone, email, face to face and web.
Delivering timely customer quotes and product samples and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Effectively engaging with database customers through e-blasts & blogs.
Providing knowledgeable technical support to customers.

About you:
For success in this role, you will need the following:
A strong customer service focus
Verbal and written communications skills
Initiative, problem solving and self-motivation
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a collaborative approach
Proven organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
Skilled and confident user of technology.
