Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad. You will be responsible to provide student counseling, career counseling, academic advising, and education support. The role involves assisting students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct personalized career counseling sessions with students (and parents when required) via phone
Understand the student's academic background, interests, and aspirations to suggest suitable courses and colleges.
Provide detailed information on course content, eligibility, college rankings, campus life, and career prospects.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and ensure end-to-end conversion from counseling to enrollment.
Build strong relationships with students, acting as a mentor and trusted advisor throughout the admission journey.
Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
Maintain accurate student records and activity logs using CRM tools.
Assist with webinars, workshops, and student engagement initiatives as needed.
