Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided lead list.
Respond to incoming calls and customer queries promptly and professionally.
Explain products or services clearly and effectively to customers.
Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.
Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team when required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer details in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach and conversion.
Follow organizational policies and procedures during all calls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati].
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Good listening skills and customer-focused approach.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
