Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React.js + Java Spring Boot)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React.js, Java Spring Boot, and backend systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, along with a DevOps mindset and experience in scalable application development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable backend applications.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Implement performance optimizations and ensure code reliability and scalability.
• Reverse engineer existing/legacy applications and document findings using Confluence.
• Create and maintain automated test suites for unit, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Document APIs using Lowe’s established tooling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) backend development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux.
• Knowledge of at least one messaging system such as Kafka, Apache NiFi, etc.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit.
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Experience using version control systems like Git.
• Hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Good documentation skills and familiarity with Confluence.
• Domain knowledge in Finance is a plus.
