Job Title: Senior Backend Developer (Java + React)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and frontend experience using React.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, robust applications.

Required Skills:
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Proficiency in React.js, along with strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in using popular React.js workflows such as Redux.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Java 8+.
• In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design patterns.
• Experience with at least one messaging system like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Proficient with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit.
• Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to one or more databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Understanding of containerized application deployment using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• DevOps mindset with a focus on automation and CI/CD processes.
• Domain knowledge in Retail or Order Management Systems (OMS) is a plus.
