Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Week Off)
Shift Timings: +-Hour Rotational Shifts (Minimum 8 Hours Login Required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Customer Support Executives with a background in both Voice and Non-Voice processes to join our dynamic remote team.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 Months of experience in Customer Support (Blended Process).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM is mandatory.
Must have a working laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection with good speed.
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.
