As the Local Community & Insights Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in equipping our Teach Managers and Volunteer Leaders with the strategies, insights, and tools they need to create vibrant, engaged volunteer communities. This isn’t a direct execution role at centers—it’s about enabling and empowering teams on the ground to make a difference!

What You’ll Do:

Volunteer Engagement & Retention Strategies

Design frameworks to build and sustain volunteer communities at our centers.
Support Teach Managers & Volunteer Leaders through training, showcases, and toolkits.
Champion the Flippen Culture & Community Practices in all engagement efforts.
Data & Insights for Engagement & Retention

Track, analyze, and report on volunteer retention, drop-off, and engagement trends.
Standardize reporting dashboards and insights-sharing formats.
Provide data-backed recommendations to improve volunteer experiences.
Training & Enablement

Conduct workshops and showcases to strengthen community-building skills.
Develop and maintain structured engagement playbooks and templates.
Facilitate best practice sharing and check-ins across locations.
Task & Project Management

Manage monthly planning cycles and oversee engagement roadmaps.
Ensure smooth execution of community initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:

2-4 years of experience in community building, volunteer engagement, or program management.
Strong data analysis & reporting skills (Google Sheets, dashboards, tracking systems).
Experience in training, facilitation, and resource creation.
Proficiency in task management & collaboration tools (Trello, Asana, Notion).
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
A passion for volunteerism, community impact, and social change!

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
