About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager/Manager HR to join our team in various locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in recruitment and human resource management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition requirements
- Conduct interviews and assessments to select suitable candidates
- Provide support for onboarding new employees and ensuring their smooth integration into the organization

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR recruitment and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
