Location: Remote (On-site in Delhi later)
Position Type: Full-time
Openings: 5
Timings: 10 AM - 6PM | Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹10,000-12,000/month

Job Description:

MinPay is looking for Inbound Customer Service Executives to handle forwarded calls from customers receiving recovery agent calls. Your role will be to answer calls professionally, take down details, and escalate when necessary.

This is a non-sales, inbound-only role focused on calm communication and empathy.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls forwarded by customers who are receiving harassment from recovery agents

Take down accurate caller details and issue summaries

Log all call data in internal systems/Google Sheets

Communicate in a polite, professional, and patient manner

Escalate urgent cases to the legal/ops team via set protocol

Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi & English (verbal)

Strong listening and communication skills

Comfortable working with basic tools like Google Sheets

Prior BPO or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory)

Must have a quiet working environment and stable internet connection along with a Laptop
