Accounts Executive

Designation: Accounts Executive

Location: Vasai Road

Key Responsibilities

Record and process all sales and purchase invoices in the accounting system on a daily basis
Reconcile sales and purchase ledgers with supporting documents and resolve discrepancies
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and other departments to gather necessary documentation for entries
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to sales and purchase accounts
Prepare periodic reports on sales and purchase transactions for management review
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant transaction records and documentation
Communicate with vendors and customers to clarify or resolve any issues related to invoices or payments
Contribute to process improvements in transaction recording and reporting
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role, preferably with a focus on sales and purchase entries
Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience of 1-2 Years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
