Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM Trainer located in Chennai. As a STEM Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting engaging and interactive STEM sessions, developing curriculum and educational content, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. You will also be responsible for coordinating with school teachers and administrators to ensure the effective implementation of the STEM programs. Your day-to-day tasks will involve lesson planning, delivering classes, hands-on activities, and maintaining a learner-friendly environment.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of STEM subjects such as Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
• Experience in curriculum development and creating educational content
• Ability to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable in coordinating with school teachers and administrators
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Relevant teaching or training experience, preferably in a school or educational institution
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Engineering, Science, or Technology
