Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical

maintenance operations at our client’s chemical manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for

individuals with up to 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance within industrial

environments and a strong technical foundation in electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

● Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and related components within the

facility

● Install and maintain electrical motors, generators, and pneumatic control systems

● Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and operational

efficiency

● Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical malfunctions and equipment issues

● Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company standards, and applicable building

codes

● Support the diagnosis of complex electrical faults using standard diagnostic tools

● Supervise junior technicians during maintenance and repair activities

● Provide guidance and support in training electrical apprentices and helpers

Desired Candidate Profile:

● Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field

● 0–2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the chemical or

manufacturing industry

● Basic understanding of industrial safety standards and electrical compliance norms

● Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset

● Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a technical team
