Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Independent Delivery of Program
• Prepare and deliver lectures on topics prescribed as per syllabus.
• Responsible for content delivery of the entire curriculum
• Ensure theory classes, internal examinations, projects, internal lab sessions & clinical postings as per the prescribed schedule
• Evaluate, monitor and mentor students' academic progress
• Stay updated on the new trends in the dialysis industry and update content accordingly
• Prepare/develop course materials such as curriculum PPTs, student assignments, projects, handouts, question paper, sample question banks etc. relevant for curriculum delivery & student success.
• Ensure student success and engagement.
• Collaborate with co-faculties to address any teaching related issues and improve student-learning experience.
• Maintain student attendance records, marks, and other required records as prescribed
• Keep a track of the student absenteeism & dropouts; take appropriate steps to reduce the same
• Should be comfortable with conducting class both through online and offline mode

Qualifications and Skills
Requirements
• Bachelors / Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter and ability to teach effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with technology and able to use digital tools to support teaching and learning.
