MERN Stack Developer (Fresher)

Location: Bangalore / Lucknow – Candidates must be willing to relocate Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our development team as MERN Stack Developers. In this role, you will leverage your strong fundamentals in Node.js, React and DSA concepts to build scalable web applications. Successful candidates will undergo immersive training in SAP CAPM and Fiori, and should be eager to learn new technologies and languages. Key Responsibilities Develop front-end components using React, Redux and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Build and maintain back-end services with Node.js, Express and MongoDB. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Write clean, modular code and adhere to coding best practices. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA and other developers in an Agile environment. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, Express, React and MongoDB. Familiarity with Git version control and basic DevOps concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Skills Knowledge of TypeScript or GraphQL. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha). Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Understanding of Docker and containerization. Training & Development SAP CAPM & Fiori: Comprehensive in-house training program covering SAP Cloud Application Programming Model and SAP Fiori development. Personal Attributes Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and frameworks. Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented. Team player with openness to feedback. Willingness to relocate to Bangalore or Lucknow and work from office as required.
