Job Profile:

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Production Director (Content) to oversee and support the execution of content production across various formats including videos, photography, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life through high-quality production. This role requires coordination with creative teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring consistent content delivery aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in content production, project management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of video/photo production processes and graphic design workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
• Creative thinking combined with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Performance Expectations:
• Assist in the planning and execution of various content production projects, including videos, photoshoots, and graphics.
• Coordinate with creative teams, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver content that meets creative briefs and objectives.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all produced content meets established standards and guidelines.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new production techniques, and innovative digital content practices.
