Production Engineer

Job Description :

· Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures

· Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures

· Analyze Factory Production Data and Devising Improvement Strategies as necessary.

· Achieving production target of portable cabins.

· Ensures quality, safety etc.

· Making Quality check reports of complete structural Works.

· Undertake regular inspections and supervise works at regular intervals.

· Prepare BOQ, contractor bill, DPR, reconciliation work

· Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc

· Dealing with suppliers & sub contractors.

· Panning and organizing production schedules, targets and budgets, agreeing timescales internally and externally.

· Oversee production process, continuous improvement, supervision of all work.

· Ensure consistent stands, cost control and sustainability.

· Making structural & interior designs.

· Erection, fabrication, insulation, sheeting & welding

Experience :- Minimum 3-5 year experiences in Mechanical/ Structural Engineering.

Technical Competencies: Erection, Fabrication, Welding, Sheeting Work & Production management.

Educational Qualification

(Minimal Required)

1) B-Tech in Mechanical/Structural Engineering

Salary Range

25000 to 40,000 in hand per month + (Bonus) + Incentives
