We're building something exciting a hybrid studio cum office space where creativity meets productivity. From recording online courses and video ads to hosting live classes and running day-to-day operations, we need a smart, design-savvy individual to help us bring this vision to life.

What You'll Do:
- Design a multi-functional creative studio for course recording, podcasting, Instagram reels, meetings, and regular office work.
- Plan layout & zoning of workstations, recording zones, and meeting areas for efficiency and flow.
- Propose interior design concepts including wall finishes, furniture, lighting, props, and aesthetics tailored for visual content creation.
- Optimize acoustics and lighting for professional-quality video and audio output.
- Assist in sourcing materials and equipment: lighting rigs, furniture, acoustic panels, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and technicians during implementation.
- Create and share blueprints, 3D models, mood boards, and visual walkthroughs.
- Work closely with the founder/content team to ensure the studio reflects our brand tone and vibe.
- Document the process and help build a replicable setup strategy for future expansion.
You Are:
- A student or recent graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Studio Design, or a related field.
- Skilled in SketchUp / AutoCAD / Blender / Figma / Canva or any other design tools.
- Interested in content creation, YouTube/Instagram studios, and modern workspace design.
- A good communicator with a practical mindset you can turn ideas into action.
- Available to work on-site and ready to get your hands dirty (sometimes literally).
Bonus Skills:
- Understanding of soundproofing/acoustic treatments
- Knowledge of basic lighting for video (softboxes, LED panels)
- Experience with content creation studios or personal creative projects
- Familiarity with production gear (mics, tripods, green screens, etc.)
