Role Overview:
We are looking for an Interior Designer & Site Supervisor who is passionate about both creative design and on-site execution. This is a role that combines interior design responsibilities with active site supervision, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently on the ground.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy seeing their designs come to life and are comfortable managing on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities:Design Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal design team to develop concepts and layouts.
Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with the design and budget.
Make site visits to measure and assess feasibility of design ideas.
Site Supervision Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and other contractors on-site.
Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
Resolve site-level design or technical issues quickly and effectively.
Report to the project manager or design head with daily updates and status reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and site measurement tools.
Strong understanding of interior materials and execution processes.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to different sites within Jaipur.
