Job Description:
Are you passionate about dance and teaching? Flurn is seeking enthusiastic part-time modern dance instructors to conduct group dance classes in neighborhood apartments. As part of the Flurn team, you’ll inspire a love for dance among children and adults, delivering high-quality dance education by following Flurn’s structured teaching methodology. This role is perfect for experienced instructors eager to share their skills while fostering a positive, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead Group Dance Classes: Conduct engaging modern dance classes for both kids and adults in local apartment communities
Maintain Quality and Consistency: Follow Flurn’s structured teaching methodology to ensure every class provides a quality learning experience
Utilize Flurn’s Technology: Use the Flurn Teacher Partner App to manage class schedules, attendance, and other administrative tasks
Punctuality and Reliability: Begin all classes on time, adhering to the set schedule.
Encourage Growth and Enjoyment: Create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment that supports each student’s growth and enjoyment in learning dance
Required Candidate Profile:

Passion for Teaching: You have a strong love for teaching dance and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
Experience: At least 2 years of experience teaching western dance styles (e.g., Hip-Hop, Bollywood) to children and adults
Specialization: Skilled in Hip-Hop and Bollywood with the ability to teach following a structured course outline provided by Flurn
Adaptability: Comfortable working with diverse groups of students and skilled at adjusting lessons to accommodate various skill levels
