We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for equipment rental contracts.
• Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Track income and expenses related to each piece of equipment or project.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments for financial documentation and clarity.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare necessary documents for audits.
• Assist management in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com or CA Inter preferred).
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or equipment rental industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
