Job description
We're seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead quality strategy across complex financial platforms. The ideal candidate brings a product mindset, business acumen, and leadership capabilities to guide QA practices.

This role requires a deep understanding of loan lifecycle processes (origination, underwriting, disbursement, repayment, restructuring, and closure) as well as experience with modern loan platforms, core banking integrations, and credit decisioning engines.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and driving end-to-end QA strategies for enterprise-level financial systems, including defining QA architecture, automation frameworks, test environments, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:
• Analyzing requirements for new features and enhancements
• Developing high-quality test plans, test cases, and executing test cases
• Documenting and tracking test cases, test plans, and test strategies
• Conducting system, integration, and regression testing
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects
• Mentoring and training junior team members

Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications testing is desirable. Occasional project travel to client locations may be required.
