Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic STEM Faculty member to join our team at Podar International School in Ichalkaranji. This full-time position is ideal for freshers and requires no prior work experience. The successful candidate will engage with students, facilitating STEM education, and innovating the curriculum through interactive and experiential learning methods.

Qualifications and SkillsMust possess a strong passion for teaching STEM subjects and a keen interest in fostering a learning environment through interactive methods.

Required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect and engage with students.

Ability to teach and inspire students in topics related to robotics and computational thinking.

Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching and managing classroom activities.

Willingness to remain updated with current trends and pedagogical methods in STEM education.

Collaborative spirit to work alongside other educators and contribute to a dynamic teaching team.

Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities, schedules, and academic events effectively.

Prior exposure to or certification in handling Atal Tinkering Labs is an advantage but not mandatory.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging STEM-focused lessons tailored to foster students' curiosity and practical knowledge.

Develop and manage the curriculum, incorporating recent advancements and innovative teaching strategies in STEM education.

Guide students in projects related to robotics, coding, and various scientific explorations.

Coordinate and manage various academic events and extracurricular STEM activities.

Observe and assess students' progress, providing guidance and support to meet their learning needs.

Engage with parents and stakeholders to communicate students' progress and initiatives in the STEM domain.

Actively contribute to the collaborative teaching efforts of Podar International School, maintaining strong communication with colleagues and administration.

Ensure an inclusive and supportive environment where each student can excel within their unique capabilities.
