As a Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

Based at Defra, Weybridge, the cleaning operative duties are carried out to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within all agreed buildings/areas.

The role is carried out during the week (days and timings dependent on role secured). However, at times flexibility may be required to cover the rest of the cleaning team’s holidays and absences.
The Role
Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping
Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager

Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
