Position: Junior Operations Executive Location: Bangalore Salary: Up to ?28,000/- Experience: 1+ year in operations or customer service (Freshers with strong communication are welcome) Reporting To: Senior Operations Executive Key Locations: You will manage one centre from these 3: Sarjapur Panathur Thubrahalli (Regular visits and reporting to Head Office � Church Street) Role Highlights: Handle daily operations, cleanliness & trainer coordination at your assigned centre Greet walk-ins, assist parents, resolve queries Drive walk-in conversions, support local promotions & tele-calling Maintain reports, logs, and schedules Participate in business development & team meetings Ideal Candidate: Graduate (B.Com/BBA/M.Com preferred) 1+ year in ops/sales/service OR a confident, smart fresher Energetic, flexible, and people-friendly Comfortable with fieldwork and centre visits Work Hours: 10 AM � 7 PM | Weekly off: 1 day (rotational/fixed) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Will you be okay to manage the admin and operation activities of a centre alone ?
