Location: Godrej IT Park, Pirojshanagar, LBS Road, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai – 40007+
Work Experience: Min 4-6 years
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday , +.30am to 6.30pm
CTC Bracket: Up to 10-12 LPA/As per Market Standards
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Product Lead to take ownership of our end-to-end product development across full-stack technologies. This role demands a leader who can drive product innovation, architecture, development, and delivery — all while maintaining quality, performance, and scalability. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and product building, with a demonstrated ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments and lead high-performing tech teams.
Note: We are looking strictly for candidates who are currently working in companies building their own technology products (product-based companies).
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end development of the platform across front-end and back-end technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, product, and operations
• Participate in sprint planning, solution architecture, testing, and product launch
• Build scalable, secure, and robust applications in a microservices environment
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and maintainable code
• Guide and mentor a cross-functional development team, ensuring adherence to best coding and release practices
• Contribute to design discussions and translate product requirements into technical specifications
• Maintain high-quality documentation and use GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Interface with UI/UX designers and contribute to user-centric product development
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–6 years of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, modern JS frameworks, and front-end technologies
• Exposure to PHP (Laravel), Python, and React Native for Android and iOS
• Familiarity with design tools and principles – Figma, Adobe XD, and user-centered design
• Experience with MySQL, understanding of data structures and basic database optimization
• Good grasp of DevOps, cloud services, and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of testing, deployment, and version control processes (especially GitHub)
• Ability to switch between technologies and platforms as per project demands
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Familiarity with responsive, mobile-first design principles
• Computer Science / Information Technology degree from a reputed institute
