Position Summary
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity ideal for someone looking to develop their career in marketing and learn the tools of the trade of execution. Based in Melbourne with flexible hybrid working across our Altona and West Melbourne offices, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing activations across Australian offices and display homes.
You will assist with the coordination of campaigns, product launches, new display homes, and point-of-sale (POS) materials, ensuring all marketing collateral is effectively managed, monthly reporting decks and aligning brand standards. This role will give you hands-on exposure to campaign activation and national marketing operations in the fast-paced property and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Activation Support:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of local marketing activations aligned with national campaigns, including grand openings, display launches, and seasonal promotions.
Campaign Coordination:
Support the National Marketing Manager in coordinating campaign roll-outs across states, liaising with local teams to ensure timely and consistent implementation.
Point-of-Sale & Display Material Management:
Manage the production, inventory, and distribution of brochures, signage, flags, display collateral, and other POS materials across Burbank’s national display network.
Administration & Reporting:
Assist with marketing invoicing and budgeting control with regular monthly reporting i.e: campaign tracking, post-campaign reports and presentations.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Work closely with sales, design, and construction teams to ensure local marketing needs are met and national brand consistency is maintained.
Product Collateral Management:
Assist with the upkeep and updates of product brochures, home design fact sheets, and inclusions documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with external suppliers for print, signage, and merchandise requirements, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline (or currently studying)
1-2 years’ experience in a marketing support or coordination role preferred (internship experience also considered)
Excellent organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CMS platforms (preferred but not required)
