Role & Responsibilities:
● Write high-converting, real-time content across platforms — social, website, email, marketplaces, and ads — that drives action and builds connection.
● Understand the bigger picture: ensure all written content supports SEO and brand tone.
● Deliver punchy, scroll-stopping headlines, hooks, and CTAs that resonate with the audience.
● Work closely with marketing, design, product, and e-com teams to create cohesive brand experiences across channels.
● Monitor social and content metrics — analyze what’s working and optimize accordingly.
● Contribute ideas to campaigns, influencer collabs, content series, and viral formats.
● Stay sharp, stay curious — your copy needs to move people and serve a purpose.
Required Skills:
● Strong grasp of grammar, storytelling, and audience psychology.
● Ability to write across formats — long-form blogs, UGC captions, emailers, product descriptions, and more.
● Working knowledge of digital content tools.
Bonus Points For:
● Minimum 1-3 years of experience writing for D2C, lifestyle, or youth-driven brands.
