Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Marketplace Expert to manage and grow our presence across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, JioMart, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, pricing strategy, SEO optimization, performance tracking, promotions, and overall growth of marketplace sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and organic rankings.
Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic trends, and campaign performance to drive growth.
Develop and execute promotional strategies, including deals, discounts, and ads on marketplace platforms.
Coordinate with the inventory and operations teams to ensure timely stock updates and order fulfillment.
Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
Resolve customer complaints, order issues, and return/refund requests in coordination with the support team.
Track competitor activities and suggest pricing and listing strategies accordingly.
Create weekly and monthly reports on performance, growth, and revenue insights.
Manage relationships and communication with marketplace account managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing online marketplace accounts.
Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
Proficient in marketplace analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace reporting dashboards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
