Are you a friendly, professional, and motivated Receptionist looking for a welcoming and supportive workplace?

We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our administrative team on a temporary full-time basis until December 2026, with the possibility of extension.

This role is Monday to Friday, +:00am – 5:00pm, and plays a key part in supporting the daily operations of the organisation by delivering exceptional front-of-house service.

In this role you will:

Managing incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately

Greeting and assisting internal and external stakeholders, visitors, and contractors

Facilitating external visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures

Coordinating and managing calendars, meetings, and events

Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About you:

A current Working With Children Check (Paid Employee)

Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

High-level organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

A proactive, respectful, and collaborative approach to working both independently and within a team
