Duties of an E-commerce Executive for a Shopify Website

Website Management
Maintain and update the Shopify store, including product listings, descriptions, images, and prices.
Ensure the website design is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers if needed.
Product Management
Upload new products with detailed and SEO-friendly descriptions.
Manage inventory levels and update stock information regularly.
Create and manage product variants (size, color, etc.).
Order Processing & Customer Service
Process orders and coordinate with logistics or fulfillment teams.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy.
Digital Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media ads, Google Ads).
Use Shopify’s built-in marketing tools and integrations.
Manage discount codes, flash sales, and promotional offers.
SEO & Analytics
Optimize product pages and content for search engines.
Use Shopify analytics and Google Analytics to monitor traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
Generate reports and insights to improve sales strategies.
Content Management
Create and update blog posts, banners, and promotional content.
Manage user-generated content, reviews, and testimonials.
Collaboration
Work with graphic designers, marketers, and supply chain teams.
Coordinate with payment gateway providers and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
