Social Media Executive

About Us

We are a strategic communications and branding agency handling clients across healthcare, education, lifestyle, and corporate sectors. We are looking for a highly organized Social Media Executive to manage content publishing, platform engagement, and internal coordination with managers and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Execute social media strategies under the guidance of senior managers
Coordinate with the design, photo-video, and content teams to align on daily/weekly deliverables
Follow structured approval processes for captions, creatives, and campaign plans
Work closely with account managers for brand voice alignment, feedback integration, and client communication
Prepare and maintain daily task trackers and campaign calendars
Post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and ensure timely scheduling
Monitor platform engagement (comments, DMs, reviews) and flag relevant feedback to the response team
Prepare weekly performance reports and present actionable insights to the team
Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and trend forecasting
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent
1–3 years of relevant experience (agency background preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Understanding of basic tools like Canva, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio
Familiarity with structured work environments, approval chains, and manager feedback loops
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
