Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Responsibilities - Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Process payments using various modes (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments) - Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and general store information - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Upsell products and promotions to customers - Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Handle returns and exchanges efficiently Requirements - Proficient in basic math and retail math - Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Prior experience in a grocery store or retail setting is preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
