Associate Graphic Designer

Job Description:

A talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and digital media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This role encompasses a wide array of marketing materials, from logos and brochures to infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and more. The designer will translate strategic direction into high-quality designs that adhere to established brand identities. This involves developing concepts using design software, and executing original content by carefully selecting color palettes, typography, imagery, and layout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing marketing materials, including logos, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, internal communications, and newsletters
• Translating strategic direction into high-quality designs that adhere to established brand identities

Requirements:
• Expert knowledge of current design software
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related discipline
• Two or more years of experience, preferably within a creative or marketing agency
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
