Job Title: Designer – Graphics & Motion Graphics
Experience: 1+ Year

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging static visuals for digital ads, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
Create animated graphics and motion videos for reels, explainers, intros, and transitions.
Work closely with the content, video, and marketing teams to turn briefs into creative assets.
Maintain visual consistency across all projects in line with brand guidelines.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose new design concepts.
Optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights.
Stay updated with design trends, formats, and tools to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic and motion design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and animation principles.
A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling through visuals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
Portfolio showcasing a mix of static and motion work (mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
