Financial Manager and Financial Controller Position

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial principles and regulations, as well as proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors. • Providing support during audits and financial inspections. • Assisting in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes. • Managing multi-country payments and MIS reporting. • Ensuring PO, Invoice, and provisions are accounted for on a timely manner. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as GST, TDS, and international regulations. • Ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable. • Assisting with audits and providing documentation and support as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 2-4 years of work experience as a Finance executive, accountant, or similar role. • Solid understanding of financial principles and regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
