Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings across various marketplaces including Ajio, Myntra, Shopify, and official website.
Ensure accurate and attractive product uploads with relevant descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
Monitor daily orders, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Analyze product and sales performance across platforms, prepare weekly reports, and suggest improvements.
Execute platform-specific campaigns, offers, and promotions to drive sales and visibility.
Handle returns, cancellations, and customer escalations in collaboration with the support team.
Stay up-to-date with latest marketplace trends, platform policies, and algorithm updates to keep listings optimized.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
1 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
Familiarity with platforms like Ajio, Myntra, and Shopify.
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
