Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong knowledge of social media trends, and the ability to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, copy) tailored to each platform.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth).
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to align content with campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities.
Track competitor activity and suggest new content or campaign ideas.
Assist with influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
Support in paid social media advertising efforts when needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their best practices.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Insights, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills:

Experience in e-commerce, tech, or a fast-growing startup.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and campaign tracking.
